Production Schedule

Production can begin as soon as all of the artwork/fabric choices/ and any deposits have been confirmed. Our deposit policy is based on who we are billing. For schools all we require is a completed and signed Purchased Order sent to us and then we can begin. For Booster organizations or individuals we require a down payment of half the total to get started, with the balance due on delivery.We also offer the option of partial shipments. For example, if you need your opening flag this week but won’t need your next flag for another two weeks, we won’t hold your whole order till it is fully complete. As long as we have your deposit we’ll ship what you need when you need it. This is something we would need to know if you are interested in at the time we are quoting delivery schedules. We pride ourselves on working with you.

Depending on the size of the order our average production time is about 3 weeks. As we all know with this crazy business the earlier you place your order the quicker you get it. All of our shipping is done US Postal Service unless you specify another preference.
